Our Upcoming Mission Trip

May 2022

We have been preparing to take our first mission trip since 2019. COVID affected our travel plans initially in 2020, along with personal setbacks that also impacted our ability to travel.

Now, we’re ready and the entire senior mission team will be traveling to Nigeria, Uganda, and Kenya in the fall. As always, we need:

• Prayers for safety, good health, and success in carrying out our plans for the mission visit

• Finances for completion of church buildings in Uganda and Nigeria, renovations and improvements in the Christ Care School building, ministry expansion in Kenya, evangelism in areas surrounding ministry locations in all three countries, possible additional church planting in areas currently being reached, and humanitarian outreach to those in need who are associated with the ministry in all three countries.

Often, people who desire to give think only large gifts are effective, but as little as $30 can go far.

For example, $30 can:

• Pay for one month of school fees for an elementary school student in Nigeria

• Buy three Bibles in Uganda

• Buy two pairs of shoes in Kenya

• $1,000 can assist with:

  • completing a church building in Nigeria

  • expanding churches recently planted in Uganda

  • purchasing church equipment in Kenya

We have been steering Christ International Ministries for more than 30 years and are just as excited now about what we are doing as we were years ago. The times have brought about changes in how we carry out ministry activities and we are still learning. We see the fruit of our efforts, made possible by generous supporters over the years. We remain encouraged and ever hopeful that this work is not in vain.
